Pedro Ramos, his wife, along with the staff members were extremely helpful and responded positively to all my requests. On my last night, at midnight, Pedro helped me with my flight check-in, using his personal computer and printer.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience. The hostel is in a quiet but interesting cosmopoltian area about 1 minutes walk from a subway stop. There is a extremely cheap coffee bar next door. Staff were very useful and warm and friendly and gave us extra blanket and pillow. Highly suggested and superb value. Absolutely nothing to complain about at all.

A very nice hostel, small, but original. the highest location you can ever get in lisbon and great value for your money. nice kitchen, even a smoking room is accessible :-D
