Location is fantastic once you have over come the HILLLL. it is on a excellent vantage point to have a coffee and overlook lisbon.

Wonderful location, really. The very best of modern day cities is at your doorstep, with fantastic shops, restaurants and cafes within your street. And all off them for actual residential people, not for travelers like is some parts of the city. The view from the park facing the hostel is also breath taking (as desribed in your guide book. ). The hostel itself is a lovely building, with very high ceilings and large windows to the rooms and friendly and helpfull staff.

Seems to be safe. There is certainly no key, you use your finger print in door it is kind of interesting. Especially very good facility for the individuals who often lose the keys :) It is very good for individuals liking going to the party. A lot of bars and night clubs around.

While booking our room, we did know that the location is said to be the largest upside of BC Miradouro. Still, it ended up being perfectly compatible with our expectations and priorities of a three-day stay in Lisbon. Using public transport (electricos, trams or subway), we were able to reach essentially every single must-see spot in the city inside (maximum) 30 minutes! Moreover, as the hostel is situated (literally) at hand with bars, cafeterias and basic facilities (ATMs, groceries, post office), you can indeed take advantage of what the city has to offer. The rooms themselves are neat, and the kitchen region is well-equipped so as to prepare breakfast (or even dinner, I guess). Last but not least, we found the fingerprint main door locking really handy - it does let you to handle your time as you want.

Very very good location (near to the center and nightlife), but if you come with a lot of baggage with a metro, there is certainly a lot of sweating awaiting you. A very good location if you like your hostel to be quiet, but if you wish to meet a lot of young individuals and just hang around, I would go somewhere else.

Wer ein einfaches Hostel sucht mit allem was man braucht, genialer Lage f&ur Stadterkundung, Shopping, Party und Nachtleben, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und dabei auch noch auf die Finanzen achten will, ist in diesem Hostel genau richtig!

We booked a private room with twin bed and it was perfect. The room is very wide with high ceiling. It has also very very good lighting from the window/door. There is a balcony where you can view the key street and the plaza looking over Lisbon city from highland. Reception isnt 24 hours BUT once you tell them the arrival tile to check in, they present you with finger print access which is very handy to enter the hostel without ringing the bell from the groundfloor door (normal hostel in Lisbon nonetheless uses this system). I like it also that this hostel is only using the first floor for the whole accommodation area, which means that they are far better in service than the other hostel with so a lot of rooms. First floor also means that its straightforward to carry your luggages as you will arrive inside your room shortly. The owner/ reception also gave us discout soon after second night stay! :) Was a very good stay and if we go back to Lisbon, we will stay here again. Thanks BC Miradouro!
