The staff was absolutely amazing. We got in super early in the morning following taking an overnight bus and they let us check in early just so we could sleep some more prior to starting out our day. With whatever we needed, they were there and extremely helpful. They gave us some suggestions that were great too! They&'re also just great individuals and enjoyable to hang out with.

The hostel was overbooked when I arrived, but the staff helped me with finding an other spot to stay. The location is really exceptional if you like to enjoy the city and its nighlife!

Just stayed for one night! Staff was very friendly! If you're into Party this is a good place to go! But be aware that it can be noisy as it is in the middle of Bairo Alto!
