Me and three pals stayed at Cloud 9 hostel for 5 nights in May. Originally we had planned to stay there for 4 nights and one night in another hostel but we loved it so much that we cancelled at the second placed and stayed at Cloud 9 for an extra night! Me and my pals combined have stayed in 10-15 hostels within the past two months and this one was the very best by far for the following reasons; Incredibly clean; They cleaned the hallways and kitchen twice a day including the couches Extremely modern; the bathroom had an automatic light and tiled shower with a rain head Clean and comfortable beds Superb wireless Great setting Great location; near to beaches, shops, a grocery store, and bars/clubs Very useful staff; Tiego was so kind and helpful with whatever we needed. From giving directions, doing printing for us, to even opening my can of soup by stabbing it with a knife multiple times. Extremely safe; they lock the doors during the night time and you just need to show your wrist band to get in. Roof deck with a nice view Superb value for money We would suggest this hostel to anyone!

Great location, helpful and knowledgeable staff, clean room (we stayed in a private 4 person room), exceptional atmosphere on the top patio for pre-drinks ahead of the pub crawls. Also, Skye is a legend!

This spot is 5 stars, fantastic hangout areas, clean, amazing hosts, i stayed here with my cousing and we ended up staying a few extra nights, the bar crawl led by Skye was amazing, it really felt like home, i am definitely coming back.

The location was good, but the directions were awful. I had to stop and ask for directions. The front desk employees was extremely friendly. There was only one guy and he helped me out a few times.
