The property itself was just perfect for the cost along with the restaurants&' suggestions were extremely very helpful.

The staff was responsible when technical faulty resulted in us being unable to stay in our desired room type. Fortunately, the staff managed to get us additional rooms for the 3 of us as the deluxe double room was unintentionally given to another customer. I like the management style and i will definitely recommend to my friends who wish to pick a reasonable rate hostel with good service and facilities.

Very warm and friendly and helpful counter staff, especially the lady who spent much time in helping me to read Chinese on the hostel computer. Great value for money. Clean, spacious bathroom and toilet. Huge and well-equipped kitchen. Very near to supermarket.

Stayed here for 3 nights, reasonable location, 20-25 minute walk to old town, 10 minute walk to central train station

I don&'t really feel like I stayed long enough to have much of an opinion about anything (1 night), but what I can say is: the bed was ok, I liked the little shelves that they had over the bed, as properly as the staff was fantastic - he had to deal with a drunkard, a complaint and some other unpleasant situations, and he handled them professionally, calm and friendly all the time - and nonetheless had a smile for me when I came with my questions.
