Warm and warm and friendly staff. Nice wooden beds and the giraffe theme is cool but nice. I also noticed that the cleaning employees do a thorough job everywhere. One of the most clean hostels I&'ve been to. I just hope that the cleaners and the employees are being paid better than the minimum.

It was simple. We were in Krakow for 3 days and it was a fine place to stay. We were in a 10 person room and there were only 3 other people besides us which was great.

Cool && trendy spot to stay. Happy, smiley, friendly && helpful staff. Personal computer that worked && fantastic laundry washing service. Clean, comfortable room, very good showers && felt safe && secure.

Great hostel, the most effective I have ever been in! The staff is really nice, helpful. and will let you know exactly where are the most effective places to go. They all speak fluently english, and one of them is french (it can help! ). Rooms are clean and if u really feel cold they will even share an extra heater! If you want to chill out, you can watch DVDs in sofas, and in case you want to party inside the hostel there is a bar. Don&'t know what to add: everything was fantastic there!
