Nice and cosy, warm and friendly staff, quiet; extremely recommendable!

Aga was an extremely warm and friendly host. She was very welcoming and willing to help us during our time in Krakow (organising trips and telling us all of the finest places to go and see). She made our stay very comfortable. The property it&'s self was very nice. Massive kitchen/common location exactly where every single morning a stunning breakfast was on offer. We stayed in one of the private double rooms and although we were the only guests staying at the time, found the privacy and security to be top notch. The free Wi-Fi worked very well, and although we didn&'t have direct access to the clothes washing machine, Aga was all too happy to do the washing for us, free of charge, and hang it up to dry. We couldn&'t of been much happier with our stay and would happily suggest The Elephant on The Moon to anyone.

Aga and her hostel are the best. No question. She overworks herself looking right after Elephant on the Moon and her guests. Can&'t recommend Elephant and Aga extremely enough.

Everything! my room was lovey, with a wonderful view of the garden, the bathroom and kitchen/dining areas were clean and comfortable, and Aga, one of the hostesses was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for what to do in Krakow.

Monica and especially Aga made our 10 night stay in Krakow an remarkable holiday. Aga went out of her way to create sure that we had seen all there is to see in Krakow and villages nearby. The hostel is extremely exceptional located, clean and cozy with a exceptional breakfast. We highly suggest this hostel as fantastic value for money.

Loved the hostess/owner of the property. Aga was very friendly and helpful with our travel plans. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we had web access. Would extremely recommend this hostel to anyone traveling to Krakow. Looking forward to a return visit.
