Excellent and warm and friendly staff, outstanding location, outstanding access to cheaper-than-usual excursions, 24-7 shop open across the road, rooms were easy but what we expected given the price.

The staff were really warm and friendly and helpful. They offered to help my friends and me store our baggage during the day when we checked out. Moreover, they are very informative about the attractions and places of interest to visit. The hostel is catered for backpackers and hence the atmosphere is really good. It&'s definitely a very good place to meet other backpackers.

They run events most nights of the week - such as film nights, games nights, bar crawls. It seemed a exceptional location for young people to meet and go out etc, but also a exceptional location for families - we saw quite a few kids there. The room was very good, bunk beds are enjoyable to sleep in.

Great location - staff at the Mosquito Hostel right nearby - they were very helpful, kind and accommodating! For a lively time, I'd choose the Mosquito - but for our family the AAE Krakow was perfect - quiet but with access to everything

Private double ensuite, clean and extremely very good location 2min from Train Station, 5min from City centerReception is in Mosquito Hostel, not extremely convinient to get internet, tea, breakfast because we had to change of building each time !
