S&uper friendly staff. They gave us maps of the region and also complete information about how to get to another places inside the country from Manila. Apartment with fridge, bathroom, aircon. for a great price. Near Makati. It&'s easy to get there if you have a map or gps to tell the taxi cab drivers, otherwise they don&'t know. We had a map and no problem at all :)

I have reviewed this property before. It is superb value. No faults for the price point. The location is actually good as you are less than five minute walk from corner of Chino Roces (Pasong Tamo) and Kalayaan and get get to alll parts of Makati easily. Also there are a few ways to get there from other parts if in heavy traffic, bring hotel provided map in case you are not bery familiar with Manila. A compliment about owner (on premises) and staff, really warm and friendly and accomodating even by filipino standards. Just go with realistic expectations. Hotels are expensive in Philippines compared to other destinations. This is clean and comfortable for a little far more than hostel price. And AC and web provided. It is not a 3* property however, but then again most 2* are at least 2x the price in Makati.

It is not too far from Makati CBD, only 100 Peso by taxi. You can go to nearest MRT station (Magallanes MRT Station) and LRT station (Buendia Station) by jeepney, only 8 Peso.
