It is extremely near to dowtown, free wifi, tea all day long. The hostel is clean and with a extremely nice view to the miradors and lake.

Walk on Inn is just up the street from the main square (Plaza de Armas) and extremely near to the main pedestrian (Lima St. ) where there are plenty of eating places and bars. It&'s only a 4soles cab ride to the port where you can catch the ferries to the islands on Lake Titicaca. The staff were really helpful in arranging our tour to the islands and let us store our bags while we did an over night stay on Isla Almanti. Superb value!

A well-run hostel with warm and friendly and helpful staff, who even stored our bags for no cost whilst we went on an over night pay a visit to to Amantani island. Were pleased to change our booking to accommodate this trip (booked in Puno) at the same time at no extra cost. Although you pay for the breakfast buffet you get your money&'s worth and it makes a nice change from the no cost breakfasts at other establishments.

With a easy phone call a pick-up was organised for me at Puno bus terminal to take me to the hostel. The check-in at the hostel was really friendly and helpful and they organised my onward bus tickets and Lake Titiccaca boat trip for me. The hostel was really comfortable with a roof-top rooftop with great scenery of the lake as properly as the central zone of Puno is just a brief walk away. Everything was kept continuously clean as properly as the facilities included wi-fi, a guest computer, cable TV and lots of very good advice about Puno. I definitely recommend staying at Walkon Inn.
