The rooms were really comfortable, with a lot of space and nice decorations. This hotel was a bit of a relief from the much more backpacker-esk hotels I had been staying at for a week up to this point. It is a wonderful cost and has a handy location in town. I would definitely stay here again!

Upon arriving in Puno, we learned that our flight back to Lima had been canceled. The employees was very useful in finding us a new flight and accomidating to us staying additional night. The rooms were clean and breakfast was amazing. The employees often had a smile on their face!

I liked everything about this hotel. It was excellent. The individuals were so helpful and friendly. The hotel was so clean and spacious. The food was excellent. I would rate this as the very best hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is perfect.

Excellent hotel! soft warm beds, hot water with great pressure all the time, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location and breakfast within the mornings. Would stay there again in future.
