Very clean and staff were helpful. Really noiseless as well, was like staying in a hotel far more than a hostel. Would definately stay here again and recommend it to others

The breakfast was great! The location was perfect. right on the main Plaza, our room was realy large with a huge view over the Cathedral and wa had no cost cable television : )

They provided with extra services like organizing a tour to visit the islands and transport to the airport. Also, they picked us up from the Bus terminal at no extra cost.

The staff was extremely helpful. They helped us book all of our tours, and we didn&'t have to do a thing but show up and pay. The lobby was extremely nice. They offer no cost breakfast too.
