I had a problem exactly where I was asked to pay far more in soles than was the quoted price on HostelBookers in USD. They used the wrong exchange rate which caused my price in soles to be noticeably higher than it should be. The staff was warm and friendly and helpful in resolving the issue, but it did take a bit of conversation to finally get the proper exchange rate. There was also an issue with my pillowcase and sheet clearly not being cleaned from the previous guest, but I think they just made a mistake and hadn&'t changed my particular bed for some reason. Again, the staff was nice and helpful in giving me clean sheets to replace it. I would recommend this hostel to others if only they had lockers for security. It is cumbersome to often have to ask the staff to put your valuables in storage every single time you come and go. Other, than that, it&'s a pretty nice spot with outstanding facilities and a warm and friendly and helpful staff.

They just launched a new bar which is great. Hostel is really clean and staff are helpful.

Great contemporary spot and facilities with a really chilled out vibe. The location is excellent. The stuff are extremely helpful and also the rooms are extremely clean and neat. I would definitely suggest it to anybody going to Lima

This hostel has great facilities but lacks cleanness within the dorms (They were like a bomb site and smelled really bad, though not necessarily the fault of the staff) as nicely as the shower curtains have lots of mould growing on them. Good to meet individuals in case you speak Hebrew. only 1 other non Israeli person there when I was staying, as nicely as the hostel was full.
