Nice clean hostel, has a bar but unfortunately wasnt really busy when i was here so didn&'t spend time there! Employees were lovely, and great hostel overall :)

The setting was fantastic for travellers with the pub down stairs, hammocks on the roof, movie room, and incredibly warm and friendly staff.

Helpful staff and nice clean place. we had some complains about a guest in our room and therefore wanted to change room. this was totally fine with the staff.

Had to wear a wristband so the employees knew who to let in so there was no chance of randomers wandering in. Lots of people staying while we were there yet not a particularly party atmosphere within the evenings. Rooms were pretty small but all had lockers, and there were lockable places you could charge your phone/ipod.

Shared areas were really nice, there&'s a toasted sandwich for 3 Soles, there are soooo a lot of DVDs to watch. The staff were really nice

Fresh brewed coffee, friendly staff, excellent beds and location. I really enjoyed my time here at Bothy. It was noiseless and extremely clean. The employees are cleaning constantly. All of the employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. I ended up with a dorm and bathroom to myself which was extremely nice. I would suggest this location to anyone and plan on staying here on my way back through Arequipa. Breakfast (pancakes and fruit) is served on thier rooftop patio with a nice view of the city and surrounding volcanoes.
