Very warm and friendly staff, nice kitchen, extremely communicative place for travellers (kitchen, living room, pool table, garden), in a few minutes you can walk to the city center. Washing service within the hostel (really cheap). Extremely clean.

This is one of the top hostels I&'ve stayed in. The staff is really friendly and helpful. It is really well located close to the major square, so you&'ll often find a location to go out. The tours offered are on exceptional value. I originally planed to just stay for 1 night and ended up there for a week.

Excellent hostel with friendly staff. Only a short walk to the main square and, even at night, I felt secure walking back alone. The hostel has great safety in a gated community and lockers within the dorms.

Great staff who are hugely helpful with a large quantity of info obtainable regarding tours, cooking courses, traveler attractions etc. Cozy beds and lockers in room so for the cost you really can&'t go wrong. Good location about 10 minutes walk from the primary square.

This a really secure and safe hostel (at night you have to buzz through two gates! ). The hostel was set up really well, nice movie room, plenty of hammocks and a standard kitchen. Rooms had enough space and lockers to put your items in. Brief walk to the city center. The tours here are fairly priced-we couldn&'t discover a more affordable one in town so booked through them and had a excellent time. They held onto our baggage whilst we were inside the Colca Canyon.

The staff were so warm and friendly and helpful. They offered tours at very good costs (much, much lower than any other costs we had seen, although we had unfortunately already bought all of our tours previously). Clean beds.

The hostel is extremely spacious and comfortable. It has two kitchens, lots of outdoor space and plenty of lounge areas. It&'s a extremely comforting place, especially for those who need to rest ahead of going to the Canyon del Colca.

This hostel has great character, attracts friendly backpackers, is social and has very helpful staff. The facilities are fantastic. There are several common areas like a pool room and various lounge areas. The tours that I booked through this hostel were also great value for money and were through outstanding operators. This hostel is trying very hard to get better. I would definitely recommend people to stay here even with its poor aspects.
