The staff are extremely friendly and often have a smile on their face. The hostel is clean and has great kitchen facilities. The room had great wifi and cable TV. The banana pancakes for breakfast are delicious or you can chose to have scrambled egg instead in case you wish which were extremely tasty. The hostel has a great location and is vey safe. We would definitely recommend.

This is a fantastic hostel with warm and friendly and helpful staff. Its location is ideal. We had a really comfortable double room with a private bathroom. It has an outstanding cooking area and an outstanding breakfast is included. WiFi was accessible in our room. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hostel.

For the first time in Peru, I felt I was at home and relaxed! Veronica, the receptionist was outstanding! She was so helpful and friendly. That&'s simply because I loved this location so much! The hostel will arrange your tour and gives you fantastic advice on Arequipa.

Nice comfortable room, but there was a musty smell from the ensuite bathroom, which was actually really clean. Places to hang your clothes, which was a welcome change! Good cooking area facilities. Nice roof terrace, and space to hang washing. Tour agency on site. When returning from canyon tour, they let us use shower facilities whilst awaiting taxi. Good location for old town.

Stayed in two different rooms. One of them definitely outstanding to the other. Television with loads of channels. Pancakes for breakfast. Extremely secure. Cleanliness.

Pancakes a nice change from (every! ) other place(s), some staff are incredibly helpful and place is clean and safe. Cost isn&'t bad and location is decent and near travel agents.

Really great breakfast- a refreshing change from bread and jam with yummy crepes with banana and caramel served. They also could not give us our booked dorms rooms so were up-graded to private room which was nice.
