Staff were warm and friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. It was clean and homely and expectations and facilities were clearly explained. It was close to the market place for ready access to supplies. There was a lot of information obtainable regarding &'things to see and do&', and queries were answered promptly.

Perfect! Friendly staff, ideal location (2 mins to the city centre, still quiet) and also the mountain view! Amazing to socialise, you wont be alone for too long and clean!
