The staff were super warm and friendly and helpful and provided exceptional information when I wanted to book activities. The hostel has a lot of character and quirk with all of the paintings around and I enjoy the cacti out front.

Quirky hostel, extremely unique! Large rooms with a lot of space, outstanding outdoor location to meet new individuals and a lot of facilities. Dan on reception is awesome, really warm and friendly and gets involved with everyone staying there, he made my time in Rotorua brillant :) Stayed an extra night to get the most out of the area.
