Its a nice spot for the Queenstownarea, near the City Center and a great view on the Lake. Its a low price for the Area with extremely great and clean facilitys.

Has all you need in a hoste. Best cooking area I have used in my time in New Zealand. Beds aren&'t a that creaky and noisy compared to some.

Internet is extremely expensive, the spot seems to have so several rules, vibe was okay. having to pay for wifi, day by day, at a backpackers sucks. most of the employees seemed bored an uninterested and were&'nt so friendly. didn&'t even get a by when I left and said goodbye myself!

The room was warm, the bath rooms were extremely clean, the points of interest were fantastic, the kitchens were well equipped, the staff were helpful, the location is fantastic for travellers who don&'t need to be inside the noisy centre. I liked being able to buy essential food items from the reception staff as well as the little seating areas were really cosy!

Facilities were great. Huge kitchen, TV room and social areas, clean bath rooms with hot showers and free hairdryer. Good location about 10 minutes walk to the centre. Opposite the lake with superb views. Good heating.

Very large kitchens, plenty of car park overspill spaces offered on the off road parking.

Friendly staff, close but not too close to town so quiet, clean as properly as the staff were able to make lots of recommendations. I liked being able to buy bits and pieces for breakfast etc.
