The property was much better than described on the hostel bookers website. although further from nelson than anticipated (35min) the enjoyable calm surrounds and facilities more than compensated.

It was extremely very good value, the chalet was clean and comfortable, and it also had ensuite facilities.

Spacious cabins in a rural setting. A little remote and on one night, we were the only people staying there! Only viable if with a car as it is 40km from Nelson and 2/3 km from the nearest shop. No credit card/EFTPOS facilities available.

The hotel did not receive the booking by Hostelbookers. This is the second time that happended, the first time was in Perth. I wonder what for I pay the comission.
