The manager seemed warm and friendly enough, as did the other individuals staying there. My one night there was fairly quiet after 11pm, and it wasn&'t too far a walk to the food marketplaces and shops

Location was quite good, 20 min walk to centre, 5min by car. Room and facilities were decent.

Manager was efficient, efffective and very helpful and pleasing and worked very hard cleaning up filthy dishes etc after workers staying there (for Christchurch re-build).
