Lots of individuals left the comment &"The staffs were unkind&", but I didn&'t really feel it, even I felt they are really kind and helpfull! and each and every cotage has a huge cooking area and huge bathrooms, you never look for a spot to cook and take a shower. and those are really clean.

The room was clean, tidy and reasonably spacious. The lady on reception gave us a good tip for dinner in the evening. The location is very good, given the damage that has been done to Christchurch.
