Yapping house is in an awesome location! not to faraway from the city center, bus stops just down the road so citys basic to get to, Really nice view from the front porch, looking rite over component of the city! Staff is really warm and friendly and they will help you out with any information your after, Its chilled out, im not fond of staying in city centers so this location is in a best location ( no huge street etc ) Its rite beside an old volcano and few other landmarks not far away so a lot to look at

I stayed at this place a lot more than six months ago but I only have very good memories about the trip and this place. Though I was a little scared when I first entered, it was a different atmosphere by morning. Individuals were friendly, the bathrooms and cooking area were clean enough. I was a lone backpacker. The beds were comfortable but the rooms were small. The guy who was running the place was also really warm and friendly and nice. It is pretty close to the Mt. Eden Crater.
