I appreciated the quiet off the highway location exactly where I could relax in a comfortable chair with an an uninterupted rural outlook but being within easy access of everything I wanted to do. Gorgeous clean rooms and facilities. Exceptional Manager and very good company.

We loved this place. it is just outside orewa so its very best to hire a car. We did and found it a great location for discovering the northland. The hostel is very friendly and quiet along with the room has a great cabin feel. if you want somewhere to get some peace and quiet this is ideal, excellent for us following previous noisy hostels. make sure you take some mossie spray.
