Really exceptional location, walking distance from pretty much everything. They refurbished the bathrooms so they were new, massive showers and it was clean (guys and girls share the same bathroom though). You get a discount at the bar downstairs which was a enjoyable chill spot. Over all it was good.

Good location, right at the centre of the red light district. Lots of pubs and places to eat near by. Close to train station. Basic lodging and shower facilities need refurbished but definitely not as bad as I had expected.

Electrical plug near to each and every bed, key-card entry to rooms so only travellers can enter, less than a 1/2-mile walk from everything in the red light, and 20% off all drinks at the Irish bar connected to the hostel for guests!

Excellent location near the middle of the city, within walking distance of the Central Station, the canals and also the Red Light District. The rooms are spacious and it&'s a extremely secure place.

The White Tulip hostel is in an completely AMAZING location right inside the red light district. I found that it was extremely safe. Upon arrival, we were given a wristband indicating the hostel&'s name, phone number and address, at the same time as my room and bed number. To access the hostel soon after 1:00 AM, I was required to show either my key card or wristband to the employees at reception. The employees was helpful in showing my buddies and I where to go on a map. The hostel has an agreement with the bar next door (20% discount) and a caf&e (10% discount) to provide discounts. Although they were a bit noisy, the vending machines were great to ease late night hunger pangs when all other eating places are closed. The hostel had a common location to meet other travellers.
