I can&'t say I enjoyed my room in the least bit but the employees was excellent. They made the stay as enjoyable as it could get and I&'m unbelievably thankful for them.

The hotel is located on one of the prettiest canals inside the city. It is a quiet location but inside really easy reach of all of the principal attractions.

We were given a no cost upgrade from a twin room to a small apartment when we arrived. The employees were really professional and helpful. There is a separate smoking area.

Great very near to all main squares and attractions. We decided to not rent bikes due to the fact everything was so close. The staff were very helpful and clear with directions. Rooms were small but the view and sounds of the neighbouring church bells were very quaint and help you start off your day early.

The hotel was great, exactly what you would expect for the price. Everything you would want to see in Amsterdam is in walking distance so the location is perfect. The staff were really warm and friendly and helpful, following a tiny mix up with our booking (we got put in a twin instead of a double for the first night) they up-graded us to an apartment for the rest of our stay which was great!
