When booking it didn&'t allow me to specify no matter whether I wanted a twin or double bed room, I wanted a twin as it was a friend and I staying. Upon arrival we had been designated a double room and there were no twins left. This problem was dealt with calmly and quickly by the receptionist, who assigned us a 4 bed room at no extra cost, happy days! The location is awesome, a 2 minute walk from the station, just be sure not to walk straight past like we did! Look out for the place numbers and you&'ll locate it ok!

The location was brilliant, literally a road away from Centraal Station and Dam Square. It was very effortless to walk to all of the sights from here and it is located on a busy primary road so there are often individuals around and we felt quite safe. The beds were clean and fairly comfortable. They also offer you nice clean towels and soap and shower gel in the bathrooms. The receptionist was pretty and very helpful. We came too early for check in but they let us leave our bags in the luggage room which was locked. There were also safes in the rooms with enough for each individual which was good.

The dam hotelis situated within the heart of amsterdam and everythibg is within walking limits. the days are joyful with travelers all over the world. n fantastic nightlife. overall it was a pleasing journey
