The staff are very useful and the garden is beautiful, the location tranquil, unlike the hotels situated along the lake road. Yet it is still super convenient to all the amenities. Tasty breakfast, large room with windows on three sides and veranda to relax on!

A extremely clean and cozy room and a truly exceptional host in Humraj Sharma. In 27 years of travelling this man takes top prize for hospitality and helpfulness. Also a cozy garden to relax and have a snack or a drink.

The employees were exceptional and really couldn&'t do enough for us. We had limited time in Pokhara and lots we wanted to see and do. The employees made this possible by arranging taxis, suggesting schedules and providing suggestions. WITHOUT BEING PUSHY! The rooms are nice and clean and we often had warm/hot water. We were actually offered a no cost upgrade when we checked in. We were picked up on our arrival at the bus station without even asking for a lift. We are not even sure how the stafff knew how/when we were due to arrive. This saved us from the plethera of taxi cab touts at the bus station.
