Very helpful and warm and friendly staff. The bathrooms are clean. The on-site restaurant is fantastic (try the momo). The breakfast (included in price) is superb and several different choices are available. On-site travel agency is superb - they went above and beyond the call of duty to get us trekking permits during a festival.

I liked how it what tucked away a bit. Even though it&'s right inside the midst of the chaos of Thamel, you have a few steps to take a deep breath before throwing yourself into the madness. It&'s right inside the middle of the party scene though. So it&'s amazing if that&'s what you&'re looking for, but it&'s a little on the loud side so getting an early, undisturbed sleep may be a challenge for you. The staff were extremely friendly, addressing you by name, and doing whatever probable to help you make the very best of your stay at their establishment and in Kathmandu. They will also help you plan your adventures outside the city in case you want. The price is right, the location is perfect, and the staff is amazing for your needs as an adventurous soul in Kathmandu. I will stay here again, and you should too!

Handy location inside the centre of the Thamil and shops. Nearby bar a bit noisy. Bed extremely small for 2 people, but adequate for a nights stay.
