We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff always said &"yes&" to everything we asked of them. The location is inside walking distance of everything, near to durbar square and just outside the noise of Thamal. Each floor has a bit of its own character with fantastic touches to show off local art culture and history. Each floor also has an excellent balcony for comforting or eating, we had our breakfast on the balcony each day which they carried upstairs for us. The web is not bad, the very best we found during our stay in Nepal, with good wireless connection in our rooms (we stayed there 3 times! )They ran the generator when the power was off so you can charge your phone and have hot showers, they even let us run 2 heaters in our room as it was mid-winter (a lot of hotels in Nepal give you nothing when the power is off which is half of the time). There are lots of travelers to be found downstairs on the web and near to the stove warming up if you desire to meet people. The restaurant was quite good, we would really recommend the special breakfast. The staff are so warm and friendly and willing to bend over backwards to help I can&'t count how many times they went that extra mile for us and were always extremely polite and friendly. And this is following we got our booking at half cost due to the fact of a mistake in the listing! In case you go to Kathmandu you must stay here, no question

The hotel is in a backstreet off the principal street of chetrapati and really feel secluded in such a bustling location of town. The garden and roof top are lovely. A feeling of solitude can be located here which can be difficult in central Kathmandu. The room filled up with sun by mid morning which lifts the spirit following a sunrise walk.

The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous, from offering Nepali tea upon arrival to offering you transportation. The facility was extremely clean! With numerous upstairs patios, backyard garden and roof deck! Along with the location was handy especially nice it is off the beaten path.

The employees were fantastic - our flight was delayed by 2 hours and yet we were still picked up from the airport (FOR FREE! ) && upon arrival we were offered a free beverage. The room was gorgeous && the courtyard is just gorgeous! Breaky was affordable && there was free wifi! Definitely enjoyed our stay here and will be back when we return to Kathmandu!

This was the greatest location we stayed in during our whole trip. The room was clean, spacious, the grounds were lovely and well looked after, as well as the staff was excellent! We couldn&'t have asked for better individuals and a greater location to stay. It was near to Thamel, but far enough away to be less busy and loud.
