Absolutely lovely room. Very quite and restful but with other services on hand including self catering Kitchen. There is certainly a restaurant across the road. Employees offer you an superb service and are often on hand to offer you advice and assistance. Immaculately clean. What not to like!

Really friendly and helpful employees who went out of their way to make me really feel at home. They provide lots of info on the area, travel planning, tips on exactly where to eat - plus the facilities are excellent. The guesthouse is very well-kept, with nice communal areas, gardens and pool - it feels like you&'re staying with a family, instead of passing through a faceless hotel. The rooms are bright and clean, my bed was really comfortable too. There are drinks and snacks available, along with the breakfast was really good. I&'d definitely stay here again.

Rivendell is a home away from home. It&'s the ideal place to relax soon after a safari - whether it be on the cozy couches inside or in the sun by the pool. Staff are very warm and friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Staff was very useful and nice! The room was very clean. Whole place was peaceful and quiet, great place to relax just before heading out on a tour.
