Great common areasdining/rec room, kitchen, patio with clothesline and picnic tables. Very knowledgable and helpful owner. 10 minute walk to ocean and 15 minute walk to shopping area. Very good WIFI (free). High fence around compound with key for entry; felt really secure.

A brilliant spot - our dorm room was a lot more like a motel room, with outstanding facilities, kitchen, TV, etc etc. Located in a silent street a brief walk from town along with the estuary, with friendly helpful owners, this spot has set a new standard in quality backpacking for us. Completely and thoroughly recommended

Two of my mates and me were in Walvis Bay for a little surf trip for a few days. Such an affordable and a real chilled spot for surfers. The owners were very helpful and informative. We had a wonderful time at this place. Highly suggest it!

The owners Lala and Francois are really hospitable individuals and make you feel really at home. The location is safe and peaceful and they give you all you need. Francois organized my pick up from the airport in Walvis Bay and the service was efficient and helpuful. It is the second time that I stay here. Definitively I will come back!

The mattresses were very comfortable, the spot is gorgeous and clean, we also enjoyed the fire spot outside.
