Close to the beach and old town, monitored parking and a balcony. the room was cleaned every single day!

Very friendly, relaxed, generous staff - didn&'t even charge when an extra person joined us for one night. The room was spotless and towels/linen and so on were replaced on a regular basis. It had a secure and a small fridge, which was outstanding for keeping cold water and so on within the room when it&'s hot. Room has air cooling and a balcony. The ensuite bathroom was big, with a very powerful shower. Location is excellent, literally less than 5 minutes from the beach, about 10-15 from old town and same to the bus station. It&'s on a side road with no through traffic so was very quiet, even with all of the beach nightclubs in close proximity. There is an outside seating location which is very beautiful, exactly where you can also make tea/coffee. We had a amazing stay here and would certainly stay there again when in Budva.

Only a couple of mins walk to the beach. Has tv, air-con, small fridge, kettle and micro wave outside inside the communal area. Clean.

Cheap, very good location, lovely landlady who made us superb coffee and gave a bottle of extremely tasty red wine when we were leaving. Garden is stunning extremely very good eating places nearby.

The location is extremely close to both, old town of Budva along with the bus station. The employees were friendly and helpful and provided useful information on Montenegro. Really very good value for money!
