The employees were extremely helpful answering all my questions. The roof top bar was great. The bed was comfortable, the bath rooms and rooms were very clean.

Its actually a hotel with a few dorm rooms as well. Rooms were cleaned daily, beds were comfy, the location was great, the employees helpful and also the rooftop bar was nice. Breakfast was basic but the restaurant was cheap enough in case you wanted something more. Extended my stay by two nights.

I loved everything, but the helpfulness of the employees is what put it over the top. I had so several needs and requests along with the employees went out of their way to accommodate each and everyone! I have no complains and only good things to say about the quality of the hotel along with the value you receive for your money.

The beds were new, stylish, clean and wide. Extremely pleasant rooms. There are hostels closer to the event that brought me to Queretaro but I don&'t at all regret staying at this one--it was properly worth the slightly longer commute.

Really nice place, all new, really stylish, nicely decorated, clean, with a rooftop bar, and a wonderful restaurant for breakfast or lunch. Situated in the center of the city, this hostel was amazing. Looks like a lot more of a classy hotel than a hostel. So for the price, it was great! Go there eyes-closed, you won&'t be disappointed!
