The staff were exceptional. I would credit at least 40% of laughter and enjoyable I had in Puerto Vallarta to them. Further, they were extremely helpful in unforeseen circumstances. The location was perfect, in terms of whatever it is that you&'re after - be it touristy downtown, beach, nightlife, old town, food, markets, stores etc.

Perfect location if you want to be in the center of everything. Patricia at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. If you want to really enjoy your time in Puerto Vallarta, take her recommendation on restaurants, beaches, etc. I only had two days there, I can't wait to return.
