The extreme friendness of the individuals working there. I whant to share with you a unique experience: the first day I have left a pair of very nice flip-flops inside the room and night they disappeared! But I informed the staff along with the next day they founded them! I believe that in almost no other place would have happened this.

The spot is the cheapest of all the hostels we visited in Oaxaca (and we visited a lot of them).

Staff were extremely helpful. The Manager met us on the first night and offered us a shot of Metzal each and recommended some cheap good restaurants. The Hostel has a kitchen, net and TV. Also a good terrace and roof region for sunbathing. We had a room for 2 with bathroom, hot water and a couch. Outstanding size room and comfortable. Outstanding value for money as so near to the Zocalo region and only 35 pesos from the first class bus station. John, who works at the hostel, was extremely helpful and actually made our stay much more fun. He took us to the market to stock up on the usual essentials, gave us maps and told us areas of interest and exactly where to eat on a budget. We even changed our future plans to include Belize and Guatemala following some good recommendations. Really chilled setting and a great place to meet other travellers.
