Friendly staff, nice roof rooftop and other common space. Straightforward to get there from the bus station and very near to city centre.

I have stayed in quite a few hostels over the years, and this is definitely one of the best. The place itself is great- the rooftop rooftop is beautiful, there are enough bathrooms/showers that I never had to wait or stand in line during my stay, and everything is always extremely clean, including the kitchen and bathrooms. The rooftop also creates an awesome social atmosphere. The individuals who work here are great. They are extremely professional in terms of always being available to help and continually maintaining the hostel, but are also extremely warm and friendly and pleasant to be around. Couldn&'t recommend this hostel much more highly.

Can&'t fault it! Fantastic setting with numerous social spaces including a stunning roof terrace. The included breakfast was exceptional as properly as the kitchen was properly equipped. It&'s a brief but enjoyable walk from the town centre. The staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The tours on supply were pretty exceptional value and fantastic in case you need to go to out of the way places like hierve el agua but don&'t have much time.

The employees were super friendly and helpful as nicely as the location was great, only a 10 minute walk from the key square. The terrace on the roof was really pretty and a nice place to relax.

Great hostel. They&'ve thought of everything a weary traveller would appreciate. Th showers are hot, fresh towels, lockers, maps, info on all activities. Fantastic atmosphere && ambience. Extremely friendly staff. Fantastic value private rooms.
