The YWCA is in an awesome location downtown. Walk everyehere and countless cheap street food mins away. The building is very secure and secure, although the homeless alcoholics and addicts beside the Y might scare some away just walk past them or take a different street, no huge deal and they are pretty much harmless. The inside of the Y, although feels institutional, is the cleanest &"hostel&" I have ever stayed at and although not really a hostel it has the very best cost in DF for private rooms. The location is an awesome inexpensive, secure and clean deal. Did I mention a comfy bed, fantastic pillow and clean crisp sheets like in a decent hotel None of those worn out, shitty old hostel sheets with a thread count of about 4 left!

It was secure and ina very great spot - lots of great street food, and one half a block froom the Metrobus and also the Juarez Metro. There is a wimnming pool and gym on the premises but guests are not allowed to use it. There&'s a great little provate restaurant that serves breakfast and linch only and it is delicious and very good.

Warm and fuzzy it isn&'t but it is an outstanding value for the money. It&'s massive and institutional but the room was clean and comfortable. A super value on a private room for what you pay. Close to the metro and all of the services are right inside the neighborhood including a zillion food stands.

Excellent rates on private single rooms. Everything was clean. Employees really friendly. Would def suggest to any single female travellers and will stay here again!

The room was clean and properly serviced, the bathrooms were always clean. There is certainly easy access to the metro on the same block, and a cafe next door exactly where the host speaks a bit of English to help us plebs

Excellent budget option - extended my stay. Really basic but cozy private rooms and super prices. Super clean bathrooms. Very good gym offered and plenty of food and touristic offers close by. Net is good but only offered on the ground floor.
