Very clean, comfy and modern day room and bath. Very warm and friendly and helpful family. Short 5 or 6 minute walk through safe local neighborhood to extremely center of town.

I stayed here for a lot more than one week, and it was just perfect! If you&'re looking for a nice location to stay in Guanajuato, I can recomend it without the slightest doubt! It&'s my first time in Mexico and I&'m really greatful for the help they offered me here in this really clean and cosy place! It&'s located in the centre of Guanajuato (no a lot more than 5 minutes to everything necessary - university, the theater: meeting point of everyone). Also it&'s located in the secure component of the city, so me, as a girl walking home on her own, never had problems and felt secure all the time. What else to tell The household that runs the home is totally friendly and helps wherever they can, they found the right balance in among familiary atmosphere and hostel service! Price-service couldn&'t be better! Thanks a lot!

The hosts, Marina and Martin were fabulous. I have never had such helpful and thoughtful hosts in 40 some years of traveling. The location is also extremely convenient, 7 mins from the main down-town square. The home is also surrounded by plants and greenery.
