I suggest this place to everyone going to stay in Guanajuato. The atmosphere of the place was really relax and friendly. The rooms were clean along with the location of the hostel is right within the historical center and at two mins walking of great bars and pubs.

The location of the place is it's finest feature. The roof top patio they have is also pretty stellar. The employees is friendly, the facilities are decent. I'd suggest it for small or large groups. I stayed there this time with nine others and as far as I know, there are no serious complaints.

This hostel is the BEST! I couldn't imagine that I will stay in this nice environment for that small amount of money. Staff Vero is very friendly and nice, just like mom. The place is extremely safe (I left my laptop and cash in my bag opened and unlocked, but nothing happened! -- still, I recommend you to keep everything safe in the cabinet in the hostel. ) and very clean. The towels are great too. I wake up very late, so haven't had any breakfast, but they have a sushi restaurant right next to the hostel. Also, the location is the BEST. Just like 3-min walk to the center of the city and university of Guanajuato. Again, I really recommend this hostel and want to stay there again. Gracias, Vero!

Guanajuato is an aboslutely beautiful and magical city that you must visit. Fantastic location, had good wifi and not overcrowded dorms, but the breakfast was truly woeful, it wasnt clean and it was a lot more or less empty so not really sociable. However, if youre on a budget and in a hurry, it was a fine option.
