Location is great. Staff are helpful and friendly, all had greater english than my spanish. Rooms and bathroom are extremely clean. Room is spacious bathroom a little tight, fantastic shower!

Clean. Quiet. Plasma TV and cable in room. Air conditioning. Small secure for locking away valuables in room. Close to restaurants. Good basic hotel for the price, but without the atmosphere, character and opportunities for meeting individuals of a regular hostel.

The place felt like heaven after staying in hostels from Mexico City, Tulum and Isla Mujeres for a month. Hot water, spotless etc. The atmosphere was a little weird - the place was oriented towards men but not in a way that made me (female) uncomfortable. There was a little set of Gillette shaving stuff and Gillette men's body wash in the bathroom. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be a male business-traveler hotel or something slightly more scandalous. In any case, it couldn't have been cleaner.
