Location was good, near to ADO, and buses to the Hotel Zone and beach. Desk staff spoke extremely good English.

It is a reasonably good value with the Hostel Bookers booking deal. Downtown location close to restaurants and shops.

Very big room, lovely bathroom & good location for downtown Cancun. However, the electrics were a bit dodgy, i. e. TV didn't work but that's not too big a problem. Watch out for the mosies in the internet area, & the breakfast is pretty spartan, but overall a good hotel. Not a place to meet people though.

The staff were very warm and friendly and created a amazing atmosphere within the hostel. The rooms were clean and well kept. The no cost shuttle bus to the beach is an excellent service. Restaurant in Hotel is very good quality for money. Definitely would reccommend for students!
