If you want a affordable place, for just 1 night+ you're travelling alone. this is the place, as you'll not locate easily cheaper. If you're more or staying more nights, you might choose other places. Not the nicest affordable spot i've been to. but can do the job. Location is good+well connected, rooms small (dormitories with bunk beds that make a lot of noise), a lot of english language students in their early twenties. Linens+towels for free, for the WIFI you've to pay. In case you arrive late (it seems right after 8pm) you'll have to call the number on the door.

I liked everithing: clean room and bath, nice location, entirely equipped cooking area and safety. I will be staying there again next time on Malta

This is a really great hostel, and I highly suggest it. Things to note; if arriving by plane the cheapest way to get there is catch the number 8 bus from airport to Valletta, then number 63 to the bottom of Sliema Savoy Hill, and its just up the road. The cost is 50 cents for each bus, opposed to 25 taxi. Also there were alot of people from other nationalities there, making meeting new people a bit difficult but not impossible.

As it was a non peak season, I was up-graded from 4 person sharing to a single bed private room. Overall, it is value for money.

The low cost and location, helpful people, the hostel manager upgrade me to single room due to the fact of the non peak season, the cost is nonetheless 9. 5 euro per night, close to the bus station but takes some time to locate the right place.

The staff are lovely, the rooms are a nice size, no cost towels etc. fantastic cooking facilites, and and so on

Owner and employees very useful and hospitality extremely warm and generous, facilities, easy and clean just like I like. I would never pay for bad taste luxery. This was extremely nice, have it all privecy, convenience and a extremely nice view from the room. TV if you are up to it, fan, AC and refrigerator inside the room is above averge and a balcony in from what I know in each and every room. I will if I ever go to Malta again, definitly go back and stay there.
