The location was ok, you can walk from the ferry terminal but it's quite a walk with a big rucksack. The staff were very friendly. There are many shops/duty free/eating places just 5 mins walk, turn right outside o fhotel.

All the reception staff including mamager are very friendly and providing very great services even help you to buy ferry ticket. The air condition within the suite is required to be improved.

The hotel is convenient for the ferry terminal (it is walkable despite what the taxi drivers will tell you! ), so it's good for an overnight stop. It is a good price for Langkawi, which is expensive in comparison to the rest of Malaysia. The swimming pool is small though and almost in the car park - you have to go out of the hotel through reception to get to it.
