The staff were so awesome! its right near chinatown and a 20 minute walk to bukit butang, the airport bus leaves from the stop a couple of minutes walk away, so wonderful for a short stay as you can do lots easily. Air Con worked well.

This was our second time staying here and couldn&'t reccommend it enough. The employees here are so friendly and helpful. On checking in we were unhappy with our room, they moved u straight away no bother. The major girl on reception was really helpful when I had a toothache. She helped me make my booking and double check the clinic was a decent one as I was really nervous going to the dentist so far away from home. Apart from that its really central, right by China Town Market and within walking distance of Times Square shopping centre. As much free tea and cofffee as you can drink and dvd&'s to watch in the common room. Value for money.

Location is easy reachable due to the fact near to puduraya terminal. near to chinatown && bukit bintang. and there is certainly a bus direct to KLIA && LCCT from here at 4 AM, so no need to take a cab to KL Sentral if u need a catch a flight extremely early morning. clean, no cost wifi, no cost tea && coffee. value for money.
