The location was great. just in front of the puduraya bus terminal. and easy to walk to the chinatown, central marketplace place and pasar seni station. we usually used that station to move around;)

The employees here are really amenable, helpful and welcoming, also as genuine (I get sick of the normal split when travelling between either outright rude staff, or fake smiles and saccharin obsequiousness. The hotel is located in exactly the place you desire to be when visiting KL as a tourist; it is near an Indian temple and a part of town that has cultural interest; it is slightly removed from the really touristy part of town which is good simply because it means you are not accosted by touts but can access that part (Petalling Road) really easily. Right over the road from the Puduraya Bus Station, KL&'s main bur terminus; one can catch a bus from either airport to right by the hotel. The room itself had a view out over streets, trees and buildings, was extremely clean, and had some character (nice retro lamp and mirrors).

Hotel has a very good location, its near china town and with easy access to the KL hop-on hop-off bus. room has no breakfast included, but inside the lobby you can buy coffe/tea and some cereals. also a 7/11 shop is really close. free WiFi!

Basic rooms with much needed reputable air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. The area is exciting and action packed despite being pretty seedy. Good access to out of town buses.

Awesome location near a lot of main attractions. Cheap, clean rooms. Great shower, beds, air cooling etc.
