The location was in the beginning of town. a nice building with good size rooms with a/c and wi-fi. extremely nice staff. the lady that helped us was extremely nice. in the evening we talked to the man in charge also extremely nice. give us a map of places to eat. not so much to see in town. this location is far more of a stopover to Taman Negara the next day. we took the boat the next day and only 8 of us on the 9 am boat. greater then the 2 pm boat.

Best staff i have ever see. They are extremely friendly, helpful and extremely kind! The rooms of the Wau Hotel are extremely clean, spacious with plasma television and a remarkable power shower:-) I enjoyed every minute in this hotel. for this affordable roomrates it is the finest performance in Malaysia. In short: exceptional location, exceptional accommodation, quality service and exceptional value for money. Keep it up!

Best employees i have ever see. They are very friendly, helpful and very kind! It was an awesome place, the employees were extremely helpful, fixing our internet, arranging transport, lending their phone. In fact we liked it so much we went back there for a nice clean powerful shower!

Wau Hotel is an oasis of calm. It's absolutely fabulous and the people are so kind and helpful. Steve picked us up from the bus station to tke us to the hotel and was prepared to drive us to any destination we wanted. He gave us all the advice that we needed for our trip to the Taman Negara (and more). All the staff are wonderful people. We will definitely recommend this hotel.
