A nice and cosy spot with a homely atmosphere. Really friendly, cheerful and very useful staff. We were checking in on a cold winters day, so a welcome shot of the original riga balzam was just the thing to warm up each our bodies and hearts))

Great hostel! Staff are amazingly helpful and so friendly! Staff went out of there way to help us with anything we needed. Welcome shot was great. They organise great activities for those who are intrested (the bobsledding is awesome). Fantastic atmosphere. Convienient bar in hostel. Small but well equpit kitchen. Great common room. Rooms really clean and beds had own, privacy curtains, lights and plenty of powerpoints for each bed! Very secure n secure.

Really very good hostel. I just wanted to relax and I was able to do that as rooms are noiseless and could pull curtain across bed. Plugs at eat bed head. Wireless worked in room mostly good. Perfect in case you desire to be social at the same time as they have stuff organised and a bar.

One of the top hostels I have stayed at in my travels. Plenty of activities on offer. Staff were amazing and made sure you felt at home. The hostel was extremely safe and clean along with the location could not have been better.

Great hostel. Extremely comfortable place. Large bed rooms and social common areas. Employees are always friendly and happy to help. Location is perfect. Taxi cab from the airport cost &€13, train and bus stations are nearby. Would stay at the squirrel again in a heartbeat

Most travellers tend to stop at this hostel so it&'s really straightforward to meet people. The pub crawls are wonderful value compared to the a lot of other hostels I&'ve stayed in. Location is awesome in case you travel there by bus and it&'s also central to old town.

The location was kept so clean! The girls that work here are so lovely and helpful. We went on the Friday night bar crawl and had a fantastic time. Really recommend this place.

Best Hostel I ever stayed in! Fantastic location and awesome staff. Rooms are massive and have free lockers (bring your padlock! ). The hostel serves beer all nigt wich makes it nice to just stay in and have some relaxing pints. Also great if you dont need to party!

Central, nice common space, it is really straightforward to meet other travellers. Cheap rates for drinks and also the employees is warm and friendly and helpfull

Great location and lovely helpful staff, luggage region exactly where you can leave your bags in case you have already checked out, helpful with explaining what to do in Riga. Outstanding spirited hostel and lots of friendly people, great place to make friends. 24 hour bar, great communal areas for lounging and cooking area
