Friendly and helpful staff (recommended an excellent restaurant for dinner); location near to Madaba center (but a few blocks from the noisy main street); parking space offered (generally, it&'s not a problem anywhere in Jordan); baby cot provided on request (actually, it was a full-size wooden baby bed).

It was close to town, without being right inside the centre. silent location. staff were extremely helpful, and tours and transport we booked through the hotel were fantastic too, and extremely friendly. Buffet breakfast was great. Rooms and all areas of hotel extremely clean. DVD player and DVDs were offered to borrow and watch inside the room. The balcony inside the room was huge. Fantastic hotel.

Free Wireless in lounge only. New and clean. Hotel made for tour groups so not so easy to meet individuals who are in and out. Room with balcony was lovely. Excellent breakfast. Smokers in net room and in restaurant a pain. Room cleaned daily.
