The extremely friendly staff, often tried to help, even with the language problem. Tips for a pleasing stay: warm water is available for 6. 00 am- noon and from 6. 00 pm till midnight. Would you like to get your room cleaned, hand within the key and they will clean it. If you&'re having trouble with the language, wait from Hamed, he speaks real very good english, he can also arrange for some tours.

We stayed at the New Park Hotel on our arrival in Amman, then again when we were leaving for home. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcome with such warm and friendly employees - especially Ra&'ed and Hamed. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all of the employees here. We were even welcomed back when we returned. The hotel was extremely secure and also the location perfect. It was just a brief walk to the city centre, which was a benefit for us with a car as parking would have been a problem with numerous hotels along the key roadand no parkinng facilities. Here the car was secure with CCTV 24/7. It was also opposite the Citadel and near the Roman Forum. Ra&'ed and Hamed made our stay so extremely special - &"shukran&".

The location was great, but, if there's one thing that really gives this place its character, that one definitely is the friendliness of the staff, especially of its owner, Fayez.
